All orders are produced and shipped from my personal office in New Jersey.
- Processing Time: Our jewelry pieces are carefully handmade and require a processing time of approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the volume of orders. This allows us to create your item(s) with attention to detail and ensure the highest level of quality. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information and a tracking number.
- Delivery Times: Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated times provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as clearances or unforeseen delays may impact the actual delivery time.
- Domestic Shipping: All U.S. orders will be shipped using Ground Advantage through USPS. Typical shipping times are 3-8 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently ship internationally to the following countries: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, and Finland.
Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days for international orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight or dimensions of the package. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
We are not liable or responsible for any additional fees (customs, duties, etc.) that may be incurred during the shipping process. - Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur. Nonetheless, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise and we can help facilitate communication with the shipping carrier, if needed.
